KFC App Redesign

Project Details

This project was undertaken as part of my Design Studio III course. Its objective was to enhance an existing brand. Upon conducting research, I discovered that KFC's brand popularity was on par with its primary competitor, Popeye's. However, while comparing app usage rates, it became evident that Popeye's mobile app significantly outperformed KFC's mobile app.

I hypothesized that implementing new features into the KFC app, such as a rewards system and a qr-code scanning page, could substantially elevate its usage rates. I have provided visual materials including a sitemap, wireframes, and components that I developed for this purpose.
